Anyone can sell you a dive site. We assemble the crew: divers matched on experience first, then on the things that make a week good, and introduced to each other before anyone lands.

Three ways to do the same week.

One boat, one table, one cohort. The bed is yours to choose: a family pension a short walk from the harbour, a house the group shares, or a hotel on the cliffs. Prices are for seven nights, per person, and get added to your seat.

A small seaside hotel on the Küçük Çakıl cliffs: balcony over the water, a pool, a platform to swim from, breakfast that takes an hour.

Getting here

Door to boat, if you want it.

Two airports serve Kaş: Dalaman, two hours west, and Antalya, three and a half hours east. Tell us where you fly from and we propose the flights; Dragoman's minibus meets the cohort at the airport. Everything is bought through Dragoman Travel in one invoice with your seat.

We search, propose, and hold; Dragoman Travel issues. Fares are live at purchase; these are September estimates.

Airport transfer

Dragoman's own vehicles, air-conditioned, return trip. Shared means the cohort travels together, which is where the week starts.

Per-vehicle rates from Dragoman's published list (Dalaman midibus € 185 one way, Antalya € 220) shared across the cohort; private car on request.

Nine of you land in Kaş next Saturday. Tomás has dived more wrecks than the rest of you combined and will not say so. Hanne and Piet have been diving together since 1989 and once got lost in Bonaire on purpose. Yuki has 22 dives and better buoyancy than half the instructors. Deniz will name every fish; ask her about the lionfish. Ingrid brought a drysuit and there is a bet on whether she wears it. Mara is shooting a series on hands underwater, offer yours. Sam free-dives at lunch. Luca is here because of the name and stayed for the boat. Dinner Saturday at eight, on the harbour, long table, no agenda.

Who do I actually pay?

Dragoman Diving and Outdoors, the licensed operator in Kaş since 2002. They issue your invoice and hold your contract, insurance chain and dive plan. LUCA LANDS never holds your money.

What if I don't fit the cohort?

We say so, kindly, and offer the next one. Fit is about experience first, so nobody is left behind on day three, and then about the shape of the group. It is never about age, job or passport.

Is the astrology thing serious?

No, and yes. It never decides anything. It gives the letter a line about you that isn't on your CV. Leave the birth date blank and nothing changes.

Can I come with a partner or friend?

Yes. Apply together, we place you together. Couples have made the best cohorts so far.

Where do I sleep?

Anywhere you like in Kaş. We recommend three guesthouses within a short walk of the boat and the long table, and we'll introduce you.

What is this, really?
