In one line: we assemble the divers, you run the dive. Groups of 8–12 international divers,

chosen so they get along by the second dive. Kaş first, then anywhere Dragoman has a partner.

What each side does

• icatinvent (Korkut + Goose): brand and site, finding the divers, the matching (experience

and certification first, then age, language, profession, temperament, a bit of astrology as

the story), the "meet your cohort" email before arrival, films and social after.

• Dragoman (Murat): boats, guides, safety, licences, the tourism-licence side, the dive plan,

the contract with the diver. 25 years of doing exactly this.

The week

• 7 days: arrival, 5 dive days, departure. May–October.
• 8–12 divers per cohort, matched, never a try-diver next to a tech diver.
• Kaş sites you already run; the difference is the group, not the sites.

Money (proposal, to discuss)

• The diver pays Dragoman. Dragoman invoices the diver, as today.
• Dragoman pays icatinvent a curation fee per group or per seat (TR↔TR e-fatura).
• Earlier verbal: 15% commission was the number four Kaş operators accepted. Open to shape.
• Honest estimate for a standing start: 4–6 cohorts a season, a few thousand euros net each.

What we need from Murat today

1. Yes/no on Dragoman as the Kaş operator for the pilot (spring 2027, or one test cohort Oct 2026).

2. How Dragoman takes payments (online provider or POS). Decides whether the site can hand

the checkout to you automatically or we reconcile by hand.

3. The capacity reality: max divers per boat-day, guide ratio, days per week you'd give a cohort.

4. Your partner operators abroad, if any, for the "then anywhere" step.

Why it works

• Nobody sells the company you dive with. Aggregators sell sites and prices.
• Kaş is where we can watch the groups with our own eyes before scaling.
• Same crew as the films and the marine catalogue: divers become stories, stories bring divers.
