icatinvent runs the curation and marketing engine. Dragoman runs the execution engine. The diver contracts with Dragoman. The two engines talk through three messages and one invoice.

If Dragoman's provider can call back
  • Fully automatic. Seat confirmed and fee invoiced within the minute.
  • About a week of work on our side. Nothing to change on Dragoman's shop except adding the reference field.
If it cannot (POS, bank transfer)
  • Payment link with the reference in the description.
  • Daily reconciliation by our CFO agent: matches payments to references, issues the e-fatura, flags gaps.
  • Two days of work, one human check a day.

Failure modes we plan for: a cohort that doesn't fill (merge or refund, Dragoman's rule), a diver who overstated experience (Dragoman's check dive on day 1 is the gate, our profile is not), a no-show (Dragoman's terms apply, we re-letter the cohort), weather (Dragoman's call, our evenings flex).
